In addition to their creative work, Alex founded Ringleaders in 2026. Alex collaborates with and represents a small roster of talented artists. The goal is to the dream projects of these artists happen, whether it’s a theatre production, an exhibition, a novel, a concert or an album.

Ringleaders is not traditional talent management, which is largely commercially driven. Its focus is on backing the artist's creative process - on making art.

 

We are backed by patrons, as opposed to investors, who choose and sponsor our artists, enabling them on a project-by-project basis. It is a nod to the Renaissance model; a symbiotic partnership between artist and patron that has the the capacity for longevity and meaning.
